Company Statement

C.D.Brown & Co. Pty Ltd is an Australian family owned business, established in 1961, with experience in metal stamping and component manufacturing with over 1,000 dies in stock. Over many years we have assisted, and continue to assist, many companies requiring specialised high quality standard and non- standard size washers and other components. All enquires are promptly dealt with by our friendly staff and all quantities are given the same individual attention.

The components shown are a small representative sample of items manufactured on our presses. Our capacity to manufacture extends beyond all sheet metals to include plastics, fibre, rubber and a wide range of electrical materials.We offer manufacturing from the toolmaking stage through to component production. Other services include drilling, machining and tapping. The assembly of products is a specialised service for our customers.

We specialise in the production of round washers in a wide range of materials and thicknesses to clients’ specifications. Square washers can also be made with existing standard tooling or to order.
